Summary: The house was everything we needed. A great place for friends to gather and play cards; cook and drink wine. It had enough hot water, towels, room, and a picturesque balcony view. We would come back again.

Summary: My family of four loved our stay on Water Street in August. The house is lovely and the view of the river and the mill from the generous back deck and the upstairs windows is amazing. Comfortable bedrooms, very nice linens, spacious kitchen. The location is great as well. It's a 3 minute walk into town (note thatgoogle streetview makes it look like you have to walk next to Rt 1, but really you will just use the short overpass). Also - we belatedly realized tha tthere is access to the river down the street at the boat launch! We were all sad to leave. Lovely stay!

Summary: We had a spectacular week in July at this property. Its location is superb. It's only a few minutes walk to downtown Brunswick's shops and restaurants. The view from the back deck is stunning and filled with wildlife. We saw bald eagles, ospreys, and, believe it or not, a seal in the Androscoggin. The interior is equally amazing with a fully equipped kitchen, high-end appliances, stunning views from every window, and comfortable beds. We can't wait to come back.
